Pre-order items refer to speciality items, specific bulk orders or crystals currently with low levels of stock.

All items delivered by Sendle are insured and can be tracked and traced.  If you require urgent delivery please contact us at sales@bringonthebling.com.au

RETURNS POLICY

Returns and refunds operate in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection Legislation.

Returns & Refunds  

• Returns will not be accepted for “change of mind” or “incorrect choice” or “pre-order items”.
• We will only accept returns of merchandise shipped by our error, or with manufactured defects or faults. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
• All items and packaging must be returned in the condition in which they were received with the package of crystals and labelling intact. Opened goods will not be exchanged.
• Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method used by the consumer to purchase the product.

Lost or Undelivered Items

Bring on the Bling uses Registered or Express Post (upon request) to deliver orders (Sendle or Australia Post).  All items are tracked, traced and insured.  Delivery timeframes are an estimate based on times provided by these companies however if you do not receive your item please contacts us and we will track and locate for you.
